We have no control over PayPal’s information privacy and protections, but we believe PayPal to be a safe and responsible data steward. PayPal shares your Personal Information with us for tracking and acknowledging memberships. We do not store this information on our website.

Some data is required for the actual operation of the website, e.g., your IP address, but we do not maintain that data in any data store except in the form of aggregate log files that are purged periodically.

We may develop and maintain an email list, if so, we will collect your email address and name, and forward it to our email list management provider. Every email sent from this list will have a link to allow you to unsubscribe from the email list. We will also send an email to you to confirm your subscription, and a notification email to the PFLAG Norwalk Membership Manager. We do not save this data locally except in the form of aggregate log files that are purged periodically.

We collect NO Comment data from or about users.

If you join PFLAG Norwalk, you also automatically become a member of PFLAG National, and we are required to share a part of your membership fee and your membership data with them. In the future, we may share data with our email list management supplier. Otherwise, we do not sell or share your personal information to or with any other third party.

If you are a dues-paying member, we will retain any personal information about you that is necessary to manage your membership for as long as you are a member. If we develop a relationship with an email list management supplier, we will hold email subscription data at our email list management supplier for as long as you are a subscriber.

You can contact us at any time to have your personal information purged from our records.

We send your personal data only to PFLAG National, as outlined above.

Except for membership and subscription data, as described above, we neither collect nor maintain user contact information. We do not maintain any of this data on our website
